MHD gearboxes
Because of the miniaturised components, the assembly of the gear component set into a gearbox requires special equipment and clean-room conditions that the customer does not usually have available. In order to guarantee precise assembly, minimise overhead for the customer and achieve reliable operation, Micromotion GmbH delivers only complete gearboxes.

Example MHD Motor combinations
The motor connection version of the micro Harmonic Drive® gear can be combined with common micro motors,
for example from PRECISTEP SA, Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH& Co. KG, maxon motor ag, mymotors & actuators GmbH,
Phytron Elektronik GmbH, as well as others. Micromotion
GmbH delivers only completely assembled drives, consisting
of motor and gearbox.

To simplify integration of the micro Harmonic Drive® gear in any machine or product environment as well as to comply with the individual requirements of the applications, we have developed various gearbox designs. These special designs allow the integration of additional functions directly into the drive train, or the optimisation of the available space. We will be glad to offer our advice on specific details of your application.
